I’m Annabel (or Bella), I build the part of your business that actually lets it grow.
Over the past few years, I’ve led operations for a Los Angeles-based eCommerce company called GROW, scaling community, revenue and infrastructure from the inside out. I’ve helped launch and grown large-scale conferences (1,000+ attendees across LA and NYC), built and managed a high-performing newsletter reaching 40,000+ eCommerce operators, designed event graphics and digital assets, and created systems that turned fast growth into structured growth.
More recently I’ve moved to a freelance position as a Director of Operations for a programme aimed at connecting brands with SaaS companies, removing the cold outreach aspect - I oversee the programme’s infrastructure — from onboarding and matchmaking processes to data management, reporting and performance tracking. My focus is on building the systems that keep the programme organised, efficient and commercially effective at scale
Before that I was a Project Manager on the Change Team at E.ON Energy - working with customers to understand what they need out of their energy. I got on calls, I combed through feedback and I suggested, planned, built and executed solutions, including Electric Vehicle Charging Tariffs.
I chose to go freelance out of a genuine love for early-stage businesses. Rather than juggling a long client list, I work with a select few at any one time — allowing me to understand each business properly, in full. It’s a deliberate focus on depth over volume, and quality over quantity.
But I don’t just “strategise.” I build.
If it’s messy, I’ll sort it.
Alongside GROW, I’ve worked with independent businesses too — including supporting a swim school in the Cayman Islands to organise and scale their back-end operations, streamline scheduling and create structure behind the scenes so growth didn’t feel chaotic.
I sit at the intersection of operations and design.
